Welcome to 1 Step Health Cure Health. ("1 Step Health Cure"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking an appointment, or using any 1 Step Health Cure service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, patients, and others who access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Services. Minors may use Services only through a parent or legal guardian who has registered on their behalf. By using the Services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the minor to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Description

1 Step Health Cure provides telehealth consultations, healthcare referrals, insurance guidance, and wellness services. Our Services are not a substitute for in-person emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

5. Healthcare Provider Relationship

When you consult with a healthcare provider through 1 Step Health Cure, you enter into a provider-patient relationship with that individual provider, not with 1 Step Health Cure itself. 1 Step Health Cure is a technology platform and does not practice medicine. All healthcare providers on our platform are independent contractors.

6. Appointment Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are subject to provider availability. While we strive to accommodate your preferred times, we cannot guarantee specific time slots. Appointment confirmations are sent via email and SMS. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology for video consultations.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations (less than 4 hours before) incur a $15 fee. No-shows are subject to a $25 fee. 1 Step Health Cure reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to provider emergencies with appropriate notice.

8. Payment Terms

• All fees are displayed in US Dollars and are due at the time of service
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and selected insurance plans
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
• Co-pays and deductibles are the patient's responsibility
• Unpaid balances may be subject to collection procedures after 90 days
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days for qualifying cancellations

9. Insurance and Billing

We will assist you in verifying insurance coverage, but we cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover any particular service. You are ultimately responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance plan. We will bill your insurance as a courtesy, and any denied claims become your responsibility.

10. Prescriptions and Medications

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of your healthcare provider based on their medical judgment. We do not guarantee that any specific medication will be prescribed. Controlled substances require additional verification and are subject to federal and state prescribing regulations.

11. Telehealth Consent

By using our telehealth services, you consent to receive healthcare services via electronic communication. You understand that telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person care, and your provider will advise if an in-person visit is recommended.

12. Limitation of Liability

1 Step Health Cure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Step Health Cure and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 1 Step Health Cure and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

15. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our Services, provide false medical information, harass providers or staff, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these standards.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through our internal complaint process. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Federal healthcare laws, including HIPAA, apply as applicable.

18. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

19. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, with notice where feasible.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with 1 Step Health Cure, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1 Step Health Cure regarding the use of our Services.
